In 2010 Paolo Padovani bought "Cascina Nuova" a farm estate which includes 5.5 hectares of vineyards, mostly planted with Barbera d'Asti. In 2011 Paolo started the first production of wine: Barbera d'Asti and Barbera d'Asti Superiore "Fida".
Paolo, who has always been passionate about Organic Farming, began the process of converting his farm into an organic one in 2015. In 2019 the Nizza Docg "FIDA" was the first Organic Nizza produced in all Piedmont area.
The current production consists only of red wines made with Barbera grapes:

Nizza Docg
Nizza Docg Riserva.
