In a warm, smothered atmosphere, the steamed copper stills work slowly to transform the wet walk into something strong but sweet. Founded in 1947, the Distillery has expanded in recent years with the construction of an ageing cellar, where the finest vintages of the Reserves rest in the car at wood of different essences, a Museum of the Ancient Art of Distillation and a nature park covering around eight hectares.
