La Patareina's philosophy, a cellar, revolves around a concept: quality. For us, quality is a concentrate of experience, handed down traditions and passion for what we do every day, and that is how nothing is left to chance, all work is martial, polite, precise and refined. Each vintage never ends with the harvest, but a chance every day for all the procedures that allow us to have exclusive products every year.
And thus our work, with time's patience, can coexist and slowly, to provide us with the best grapes every vintage.Then, careful selection of grapes, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and separate verification for each land, allows us to evaluate and choose the best methods to produce the best wines, those that will have the La Patareina label.
All this is done for generations, first to the needs of the times and then handed down traditions and passions, and it is for us the certainty of always being winemakers and winemakers in Piedmont.
