For us, harmony; a place where Frasca meets Nizza Monferrato and shows the world our passion for The Bonfante family has been making wines in Nizza Monferrato for many generations, so long that the hill that saw our ancestors grow up has been named Bonfante; Bricco Bonfante is the name of our most important Barbera crù, which since 2012 has acquired the Nizza DOCG appellation.

A graduate of the Alba Oenological School, Marco is responsible for sales and production, while Micaela is responsible for administration. Although we do not have Organic certification, our passion for the Earth requires us to work with low environmental impact; we have long eliminated the use of pesticides and herbicides. To obtain high quality wines, everything starts in the vineyard, low yield per vine, selection of grapes before and during the harvest are the bases. A careful vinification, a manic attention to cleanliness and sanitation in the cellar are the principles of the best-seller.

We produce wines that reflect our taste:
- Our white wines are: dry, fruity, mineral but without ageing in wood. They must reflect the characteristics of the grape variety that we try to enhance in our selections.
The most important white grapes for us are Cortese, Arneis, Moscato and Sauvignon Blanc.
- Our red wines are: dry, fruity, with great structure, but above all elegant and balanced. Aging in wood must complement the structure of the wine without ever overpowering it.
The most important red grapes for us are: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Albarossa, Cabernet Sauvignon and Brachetto.
