On the road from Canelli to Cassinasco lies Cascina Cerutti. A family of winegrowers by tradition, they have been producing their own wines since 1931 – wines that reflect their deep connection to the land and the vineyards nestled between the high hills of the Langa Astigiana and the gentle slopes of Monferrato.

SOIL COMPOSITION

Controlled cover cropping, green manure, minimal soil tillage, and the exclusive use of organic fertilizers.

CERTIFIED PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY:

Certified under the Italian Integrated Production system (SQNPI).

VINIFICATION

Maceration on the skins for 10–15 days with gentle pumpovers.

AGEING

12 months in wooden casks.
