01
Ongoing support
Being part of the Associazione doesn’t just mean taking part in events or tastings. It means having constant support – real help with the everyday challenges of our work.
We stand alongside producers in strategic decisions, bureaucratic matters, quality management, and communication of the Nizza DOCG name. We organise meetings to face shared challenges and navigate change together.
Above all, we are a network of human support. We’re colleagues, but also allies – because we know that the success of Nizza DOCG depends on the growth of every single producer.
02
Dialogue as a driver of growth
We believe quality is never built in isolation – it takes dialogue and exchange. Confrontation makes us stronger, not only as producers, but as a community.
From the beginning, we’ve organised a yearly blind tasting: a moment when each producer tastes and evaluates the wines of others, with no preconceptions. This anonymous process allows everyone to receive objective feedback – a valuable tool for refining their wines. If a wine doesn’t meet expectations, the producer can choose to intervene in the cellar, adjust the cuvée, or even withdraw it from bottling.
After the tasting, a shared discussion between winemakers and producers is key. We reflect on the vintage, examine shared challenges such as climate change, vine disease, and sustainable practices. It’s a chance to exchange experience and practical solutions – and to continue improving, together.
03
Tools for collective action
Our work goes beyond wine. We aim to be the face of Nizza DOCG in the world.
We collaborate with local and national institutions, with the wine press and key opinion leaders. We actively promote Nizza in both domestic and international markets, organising masterclasses, training events, and initiatives for wine professionals and enthusiasts – showing every facet of our denomination.
We work to make Nizza DOCG a name that’s recognised and respected, communicating its values and strengthening its presence in key markets.
04
Training and professional development
We promote ongoing training for winegrowers, because we believe staying informed is essential for facing future challenges.
The Association is where each person’s experience becomes collective knowledge – where every meeting enriches our understanding and makes us stronger. Each year, we organise training sessions and take part in international fairs and events, giving producers the chance to connect with experts and leaders in the industry.
