CERTIFIED PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY:
All vineyard practices follow the guidelines of the SQNPI integrated production protocol of the Piedmont Region. The soil is managed with semi-permanent cover cropping; green pruning and cluster thinning are carried out. Grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg crate
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest with in-vine selection of the best clusters. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After 10 days of skin maceration, the wine is racked off the skins
AGEING
Aged for one year in 50 hL French oak casks. Bottled after a single, very gentle filtration, then bottle-aged for a minimum of 6 months.
