The Dogliotti family’s winemaking story began in 1870 in Castiglione Tinella with brothers Giuseppe and Marcello Dogliotti. Generation after generation, the family’s winegrowing tradition has been passed down from father to son, gradually refined over time, leading to higher quality wines and an expanded portfolio. Today, the passion lives on in cousins Erik, Ivan, and Matteo Dogliotti, who have combined their skills and energy to relaunch the family winery and bring Dogliotti 1870 wines to the world.

Green manure and crop thinning

VINIFICATION

Destemming, gentle pressing, fermentation and maceration on the skins for approximately 7–8 days at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation follows

AGEING

Aged in French oak tonneaux for 24 months, followed by an additional 6–12 months of bottle ageing
