A destination – and two paths that crossed. In 2018, a chance encounter between Curt Frasca, an Italian-American entrepreneur passionate about Barbera and the hills around Nizza Monferrato, and Matteo Gerbi, a respected local winemaker, marked the beginning of Frasca La Guaragna. Today, Matteo leads a team of 9 and cultivates 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are dedicated to Barbera and Nizza DOCG.
