Il Botolo is a 14-hectare boutique winery born from the passion of owner Diana de Silva, who’s long been connected to Nizza and the Monferrato hills. The focus here is on caring for the land, tending to the vineyards, and producing local wine treasures with respect for tradition and the natural balance of cultivation.
