Located in the heart of the Nizza DOCG, Tenuta Garetto comprises a single plot of about 10 hectares, stretching across the hill that overlooks the winery. Most of the Barbera vines were planted in the 1930s and 1950s and benefit from an ideal southern to southwestern exposure.

VINIFICATION

Pigiatura delicata, fermentazione in acciaio e cemento senza raspi, rimontaggi e delestage, macerazione per 12-15 giorni.
